Resumen

La presente entrevista con John Holloway ha sido concebida como reconocimiento al legado de Simon Clarke, cuya contribución a la crítica de la economía política abarcó diversos temas, entre otros, sus estudios críticos sobre el estructuralismo, el fraccionalismo, el monetarismo y, por supuesto, el estado. Tanto Simon Clarke como John Holloway fueron miembros de la Conferencia de Economistas Socialistas (Conference of Socialist Economists, cse) y participaron en los debates sobre el estado que tuvieron lugar durante los setenta en el Reino Unido. Esta entrevista busca iluminar el contexto histórico del que se desprende la obra de Simon Clarke así como presentar la actualidad de su crítica.
