There are several reasons that any sensitive person—Christian or Muslim, Western or not, believer, agnostic or atheist—can give against this war, which originated in the barbaric attacks of September 11 on New York and in the no less barbaric bombings of Kabul and other Afghan cities that began on October 7. The author sets out three of them.
