Hacer común contra la fragmentación en la ciudad is part of something unusual: producing knowledge in movement, not about movements. It is a different way of speaking that travels hand in hand with collective processes, takes on as its own the challenges raised in the course of the research and questions reality with a precise aim: to transform it. Mina Lorena Navarro’s book stands in a place radically different from what we are used to in academia, where empty discourses, external to the experiences they speak of, all too often circulate.
