Abstract

This article considers the consequent contradictions on living in the United States outside the regulatory frameworks of the nation-state. It addresses the deployment of migrants’ lives despite their condition exposed to deportation. Belonging as aspiration of life as migrants become more involved with the territory. From this analysis of exposed life and belonging, it is sought to know the way in which migrants form subjectivity and build their political positions.
