By slaps: Ten notes on the 2023 primary elections in Argentina

Abstract

The following are ten critical notes on the PASO elections of August 2023 in Argentina. Such elections evidenced a turn to the right of the voting universe which, however, should not be read in an immediate way as a fascistization of the population. These partial results are enough, instead, to highlight a significant alteration of the Argentine political landscape and, behind this alteration, several underlying social and political problems.
