Abstract

Talking about the contemporary city, its organization processes, subjectivities, disputes and resistance, nevertheless refers us to the debate established between the public and the private, the two main spheres of development of the human being. These categories seem to have been distorted since the development of the capitalist system, specifically of its original elements, which can be restored, to understand that there are new ways of creating social searches that restrict collective social action. Starting from this idea, it is possible to establish the hypothesis that modern states limit collective rights and protests, creating a kind of social searches that restrict action in the public sphere, which undermines the need to rethink the forms of resistance in the medium of the anti-systemic dispute.
