Abstract

Since the emergence of home delivery platforms, a large number of delivery man could be seen moving in the city in bicycle or motorcycle with their backpacks. The delivery job by application became important during the pandemic because these people could move in the streets to bring food, pantries or other products to customers sheltered in their homes; however, this situation sped up their job insecurity by contagion risk and lack of supports; therefore, the purpose of this article is analyzing the characteristics of the delivery job by application. We emphasize your condition as an independent worker o “partner” for understand their job insecurity.
