In this work we highlight that the self-management of modern Zapatismo, as a political form of the common, collided with the violence of capitalism. The Zapatistas show that the cultural singularities of the Indigenous are plural. Although they result from subjectivities shaped by colonial identity, through their community contradictions they broke with the local. Heirs of colonization, they show from everyday life that their human experiences of organization are part of Mexico in globalization. As they say, their cry in the “fourth world war” against neoliberalism is an organizational combat in which there is a will to grow stronger with the outside: to win comrades against adversaries.
