Abstract

The huge and growing indebtedness of Third World countries is one of the great problems facing humanity and has drawn the attention of many since awareness of its magnitude and terrible effects emerged some twenty years ago. The article reflects on foreign debt and capitalist rationality from the perspective of critical thought.
