During last 15 years socio-environmental conflicts have been extended and deepened in Mexico and in Latin America, due to the incessant greediness of capital to subsume the common and any area that is not fully regulated by the laws of the production of value. In this regard, I’m interested in expose some critical keys to help us understanding the relationship between policies of dispossession and enclosure of natural resources and the activation of insubordination experiences that in some cases blocked the processes of capital accumulation, and move around access and control of the means of existence. A crucial matter which ensures the reproduction of life and the construction of alternatives to the actual environmental crisis.
