Abstract

Personal existential experiences leave marks on our life course; not always in our written records. In Marx’s case, his most profound experiences of alienation were the major ones of all oppressed people in the world and he analyzed and unmasked them all. His life was the one of a warrior: he fought against all injustice which the greed of power and the voracity of capitalism has brought about in our planet, destroying cultures and sacred values as well, aiming at the very heart of our freedom. His legacy is humanism: with him, beyond time and space, we fight with indignation on behalf of liberty and justice.
