This work is founded on the idea that the neoliberal political regime is legitimized by a specific oligarchic fraction, but delegitimized as a democratic liberal regime by society and social movements. It imposes a form of neoliberal social domination, expressing inter-oligarchic contradictions and excluding subaltern social classes and cultures.
