On ethical interpellation, power, institutions and political strategy

The article attempts a positive description of political power, not as domination but as a unity of citizens’ wills in discursive consensus. Power is not “taken”; it is exercised or destroyed. Institutions are necessary mediations for life: for human life and for political life.
